"On an auspicious day mutual friends from Time Peace commenced wearing HOWL creations. This instantly intriguied me as the design was ultimately balancing in both a wellness perspective as well as an asthetically pleasing material visual - it was hip and pretty! Tini at HOWL responded to my contact almost instantaneously, even though I was out of the country and unsure of how I would snail mail HOWL meaningful pieces for the necklace.

 Upon arrival from Asia I was asked to return to Los Angeles with Kidd Lúcid after being home in San Francisco just under one week. Tini at HOWL was available to meet me directly, and infuse the meaningful elements I had brought back from India and Nepal, as well as the raven and eagle feather gifted to us by artist Richard Castaneda, to create my custom piece. HOWL knew to web in goldstone for energy and blissful balance, magnesite to continue to stimulate my passion for creative visualization, pyrite for a good luck auric field, and black onyx. Synchronicity and alignment throughout contact with HOWL since the beginning!!!

 When Tini named the piece 'Ashim - Limitless' it was apparent that she had searched deep into the depths of my journey as this name was the most appropriately suited for the creation given to me. This Ashim - Limitless piece I have yet to take off, and its magnetic existence shall continue to be displayed on me, as a living and breathing work of art! Eternal Gratitude Namaste!"

Meditating in the Real Salt mine

If you’ve ever had a crazy day and wished you could just escape from it all by meditating in  an ancient salt deposit, we know a guy you can envy.

Zen Master Hung, Chi-Sung, is one of the most famous meditation teachers in Taiwan, practicing and teaching mediation for over 30 years. He has taught at several universities, companies, organizations, and government offices and authored more than 100 books, and he recently dropped by the Real Salt mine to meditate.

Are you curious what he thought of the experience? Master Hung said the energy in our mine is “amazing” and “a powerful cleanser of the body and mind.” Maybe that explains why our miners are so darn content all the time!

Many people who smoke marijuana report having no dreams, yet after they quit, the same people report extremely vivid and intense dreams. Most vivid dreams take place during REM sleep, so the logical scientific question is “Does marijuana (THC) affect REM sleep?” A study conducted in 1975 compared the sleep patterns of experienced marijuana users with non-smokers. The results showed reduced eye movement activity and less REM sleep in the THC condition. They also reported a REM rebound effect, which is more REM activity upon withdrawal from THC. Scientific evidence exists that correlates marijuana use with a loss of REM sleep and dreams, so the next time you smoke marijuana and don’t remember your dreams you will know why.

BREATHARIANISM, INEDIA, NON-EATING (breatharian, inediate, non-eater)

This is a state of man (breatharian, inediate, non-eater) characterized (among other things) by the absence of eating, resulting from (or rather being a stage on the way to) expanding of the Consciousness sphere in which a person lives. In general an ideal (fully realized) inediate, breatharian, non-eater has no need to eat or drink to keep the body working perfectly. A breatharian consumes no food and no drink, he/she needs only air to nourish the body.

Many non-eaters (even if he/she call him/herself a breatharian) drink (some) water, tea, coffee or other beverages from time to time. Some of them, in order to satisfy the sense of taste, eat a piece of chocolate, a cookie, some cheese, horseradish or something else once in a while. The non-eating state of an inediate, breatharian, non-eater doesn't require any ascetic practices of the body. This is more about the freedom of choice and a lot of benefits.

A person who regularly drinks liquid food, e.g. fruit juices, can't be called an inediate, breatharian or non-eater. This is a diet called liquidarianism. Also, we don't call a person an inediate or breatharian when he/she is fasting or on a starvation diet. Also in these cases food is not (or almost not) consumed during some time, but such situation lasts only temporary and then food consumption is resumed or the person dies. An inediate or breatharian, never starves or dies for lack of food because his/her body needs not matter called food.

Permanent non-eating, inedia or breatharianism are states which usually appear as a side effect of expanding one's sphere of the Consciousness. However there are also many cases that this state happened unexpectedly and lasted for months or years.

A person who by force tries to refrain from eating can't be called an inediate or breatharian. Such action, if prolonged, is harmful to the body and can lead to death. Fasting and starvation diet are different subjects the inedia, breatharianism and non-eating.

Becoming an inediate or breatharian results (often as a side effect) on a way of expanding the sphere of the Consciousness which the person lives in. Inedia, breatharianism is more like a characteristic features of a life style and is not limited to just stopping all food intake. Because an inediate or breatharian sets him/herself free from the need to feed the body, he/she has the choice to eat or not to eat, but one thing is for sure, a real inediate or breatharian does not need to eat to keep the body working normally

I am Gaia, the soul of the planet you call Earth.

I am Gaia, the soul of the planet you call Earth. 

Just as you, I can feel heavyhearted or lighthearted. For long ages I wept, when my spirit was broken. My people were hateful to each other and my body was soaked with their blood. I weep no longer because there is so much to feel joyful about, so much to feel thankful for. 

My light is not yet in full force, my body is not yet balanced. That is because some of my children still are being hateful to one another. Some of them are without love, without compassion, without the understanding that differences can be absolutely splendid when harmony and respect flow along the heart-lines. 

Yet, I am joyful because I am on a journey like no other soul in this universe ever has traveled. I am going home, and you who are holding the light that is helping me move steadily and quickly forward are coming with me. Can you imagine a greater distinction than this journey we are sharing? Can you imagine a greater excitement than our ascension? I cannot! 

I asked to speak this day to tell you of my gratitude for all of you. You were chosen from a great number of souls, triple the number that could incarnate and participate. This level of light service never before has been undertaken. We are playing a part in the grandest show ever performed in this universe. I feel the humility that mingles with sublime satisfaction for a job well done—in the continuum, our job is completed. 

As our travels continue, many wonders are in store for you and this world of ours. You have been told of many, so you can think of them and look forward to them, but actually living in the glorious times soon coming is beyond your imagining. 

All beings in this universe are watching this unfold, did you know? I cannot imagine such a vast audience! All the souls of light are cheering for us, so we shall continue giving them a good show, an experience worthy of even God's applause. I share my heart with you and my love for you is overflowing.
