Мулдашев является директором (ныне главный научный консультант) Всероссийского центра глазной и пластической хирургии в Уфе. Его основные медицинские достижения включают:

Their work with Indigenous students and regenerative food forests embodies the same values we hold dear at the Temple: reciprocity, healing, and care for the Amazon. Thanks to your continued generosity, these seeds of regeneration are growing in communities across the rainforest.

These young men and women are not just working hard to finish their studies. We are also delighted to share exciting news from our Ayni, Regenerative Food Forest in the Amazon project. With your steady support, and in partnership with the Kukama women of the Huaynakana organization, we’ve been able to expand our work to two new communities along the Marañón River: Atenas and Mundial.

For some time, families in these villages had been asking to join the project. Being able to finally tell them yes brought joy to everyone involved. Each community has now chosen its own local promoter: Merilda in Atenas and Rosa in Mundial. Both have already received a week-long training at our Permaculture Center, and are now working with six families each. In our first visit to the families and their chacras, we listened to their interests and identified the potential of our work together. In Mundial, we also carried out an initial training on native stingless bees, so families could begin learning about sustainable beekeeping.
During this first year, we’ll begin with a small group in every village. Over time, more families will gradually join, allowing the project to grow organically.
This is how regeneration spreads. From every donation, big and small, reaching families and students who care for our beloved Amazon rainforest and make it flourish.

Help us share important ayahuasca research findings with the world
Scientific evidence about ayahuasca has the potential to change health care, policy, and lead to an increased appreciation of indigenous Amazonian medicine practices. We’ve got new findings on ayahuasca and grief that were just published
, and other papers on the way. We need your help to share these with the world.
In the science world, it takes financial resources to publish papers “open access” – a term that means that the findings are accessible openly and not behind paywalls. Otherwise, evidence remains accessible only to the academic community. We believe that knowledge should be accessible to everyone who might be able to benefit from it.
We need to raise €8,000 to publish a series of papers. The first has just been published and we need to come up with funds in the next 3 weeks to ensure that findings are shared with the world “open access.”

Background
Over the past 3 years, ICEERS has collaborated with the Beckley Foundation to conduct a large research initiative at the Temple of the Way of Light. Through this study, we have generated exciting new evidence on the therapeutic potential of ayahuasca in the context of indigenous Amazonian medicine.
Our team is now hard at work writing and analyzing data that will provide insight into how ayahuasca – as part of an ancestral, integrative system of healing – helps people struggling with complicated grief after the loss of a loved one, and helps individuals with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. The findings are also providing information on how the insights gained from these experiences catalyze personal growth and can have an impact on an individual’s personality.
As noted above, the first publication in the series, “Therapeutic potential of ayahuasca on grief: a prospective, observational study” has just been published by Springer’s Journal of Psychopharmacology. This is the second (and most important) article ever published that provides scientific evidence on the therapeutic potential of ayahuasca in bereavement.

The impact on wellbeing and personal/spiritual growth in non-religious participants
Personality profiles in relation to ayahuasca’s effects and safety
This has been an incredible three years of collaborating and learning enabled by the quantitative and qualitative research that will allow us to continue forward momentum in this field. "The technique he is referring to:
1) Breathe in for 1 minute as if you are filling up a balloon, with your lungs being the balloon. You want more air going in than out. So take in air at 100% and breathe out about 50-70% depending on your level of comfort. To simplify, take in more air than you're releasing, you are pumping yourself with oxygen.
**Breathe at a decent pace as if you're midway through a jog or if you're taking a cold shower. Deep to your belly, controlled, and optimal speed (not panic attack speed).
2) After 1 minute, you should notice at least one of these signs otherwise keep breathing: appearance of visual hypnotic swirls, light-headed, tingling feeling throughout the body, body temperature increased; this may vary person to person. At this point, get ready to stop breathing; your last breath should be an EXHALE.
3) Hold your breath for as long as you feel comfortable, some of you using this technique may hold 90+ seconds their first attempt. The first impression of you needing air after about 20 seconds will go away and is simply a mental barrier, so don't give up immediately and trust your body. You may feel a warm sensation emanating and growing from your chest/lung/stomach region as well as a sense of happiness or 'high' as if you can't believe what is going on.
4) Once you really feel you need to breathe (you'll feel your belly button sinking in really deep), take a 2-3 second long deep inhale and hold for 15 seconds.
5) Breathe normally.
6) Take a 1-2 minute break and repeat 1-2 more times. This step is more or less optional but the official method recommends 3 times, few minute interval in-between, and preferably soon after waking up.

**You can do push-ups to replace steps 3 and 4, I can do about 30 without breathing. The push-ups are not required but you get a much better result, consider this an intermediate advancement as well as, most likely, your first acquired superhuman ability. Once mastered, you can take in single/multiple, deep and controlled breaths right before lifting a heavy weight or giving a strong punch for example. The potential with learning conscious breathing in improving ones own life in general, is vast.
**It is not a competition as Wim Hof says, just listen to your body when to begin breathing again, use the advice I mentioned about belly button retracting really deep or just go at your own pace. The main key in this whole process is to achieve the swirling visuals, tingling, or light-headedness.
**Once you feel how your body is warming up during the balloon breathing you will understand how Wim was able to traverse Everest with only his boxing shorts. Combination of mastering this technique as well as cold water therapy.
I learned his technique fully through a book written by one of his students, 'Becoming the Iceman' I believe was the title. It was a great book honestly, and I neverrr recommend books. Comment with any questions if you have any for further clarification. Wim is a great and compassionate person giving a lot of his time and energy for the betterment of our human species health and prosperity. As a final note, remember that you can live days without water or food but only a few minutes without Oxygen. Breathing is your numero uno form of nutrition."
